Watermelon Chia Chiller

Ingredients:

2 cups watermelon cubes

1 cup coconut water

1 Tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

 

Method: 

Blend everything together for 30 seconds.  Allow to sit for 2 minutes.  Give it a quick pulse.  Serve immediately!  Serves 2
